Payment & Quotation Terms

This page explains how Anping Hand in Hand Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd. prepares quotations and handles payment for B2B wire mesh, steel grating, perforated metal and temporary fence orders. All figures are confirmed manually on a proforma invoice before any order is binding.

1. How quotations are prepared

Quotations are prepared after we review material grade, wire diameter or bearing bar, opening or spacing, panel size, quantity, drawing, application and destination. Website information supports product selection and RFQ preparation and is not a fixed public price list. Start with a request for quote.

2. Validity of a quotation

Each quotation states its validity period. Because steel, stainless and zinc prices move, quotations past their validity date are re-confirmed before order placement.

3. Accepted payment methods

We commonly accept T/T (bank wire) and, for qualifying orders, irrevocable L/C at sight. The accepted method for a specific order is agreed in writing on the proforma invoice.

4. Deposit and balance

A typical structure is a deposit on order confirmation with the balance against shipping documents or before delivery, as stated on the proforma invoice. The exact split depends on order value, product and payment method and is confirmed manually.

5. Currency and banking coordinates

Orders are normally quoted and settled in USD. Official company banking coordinates are provided only on the proforma invoice issued by our staff. Always verify banking coordinates directly with our sales team before remitting; we will never change banking coordinates by email without confirmation.

6. Samples

Samples and their freight are quoted case by case. Sample cost may be credited against a follow-up bulk order where agreed in writing.
