Payment and Quotation Terms

This page explains how quotation and payment discussions are handled for B2B wire mesh, steel grating, perforated metal and temporary fence orders.

1. No fixed public price

Wire mesh and metal products are affected by material grade, wire diameter, opening, bearing bar, sheet thickness, hole pattern, panel size, surface treatment, quantity, packing and destination. Website content is not a fixed price offer.

2. RFQ information required

For accurate review, buyers should send product name, material, size, quantity, drawing or photo, application environment, destination country or port and any project standard requirement.

3. Manual quotation review

Our team reviews specifications before giving quotation. Final quotation validity, currency, tax, packing, freight, payment terms and delivery schedule must be confirmed in writing.

4. Payment arrangement

Payment method and timing are confirmed by proforma invoice or contract. Do not make payment based only on website text or informal screenshots. Buyers should verify company information and payment details before transfer.

5. Changes after confirmation

Specification, quantity, packing or destination changes may affect price, production time and freight. Any change should be confirmed in writing before production or shipment.

Manual confirmation required: Final quotation, payment terms, production schedule, stock status, certification, load data, delivery arrangement and contract details must be confirmed manually based on specification, quantity, packing and destination.
