Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Anping Hand in Hand Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd. packs, ships and delivers wire mesh, steel grating, perforated metal and temporary construction fence panels to overseas B2B buyers. Final freight, Incoterms and lead time are confirmed manually per order.

1. Packing for export

Wire mesh rolls, welded panels, steel grating and perforated sheets are packed to protect against moisture, abrasion and deformation during loading, sea freight and unloading. Standard options include waterproof film, edge protection, steel strapping, plywood pallets and fumigated wooden crates. Packing details for each order are confirmed before production. 2. Incoterms supported

We quote on EXW, FOB (Tianjin / Xingang), CFR and CIF terms. The applicable Incoterm, port and responsibility split are agreed in writing on the proforma invoice before order confirmation.

3. Lead time

Lead time depends on product, specification, quantity and current production load. Standard galvanized and stainless items are typically faster than fully customized grating or special-alloy mesh. The committed lead time for each order is stated on the proforma invoice after specification review.

4. Freight and transport modes

Most B2B orders ship by full container load (FCL) or less-than-container load (LCL) by sea. Air freight and express are available for samples and urgent small lots. The buyer or our forwarder arranges main carriage according to the agreed Incoterm.

5. Shipping documents

Standard export documents include commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and, where required, certificate of origin, mill test certificate and fumigation certificate. Required documents are confirmed with the buyer before shipment.

6. Inspection and claims

Goods are inspected against the confirmed specification before packing. Buyers should inspect cargo on arrival and report any transport damage or shortage with photos and documents within the period agreed on the contract so a claim can be reviewed.
