Terms and Conditions for B2B Wire Mesh Orders

These terms explain how Anping Hand in Hand Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd. handles B2B quotation, specification review, order confirmation and export support for wire mesh, steel grating, perforated metal and temporary construction fence products.

1. B2B quotation scope

Information on this website is for product selection and RFQ preparation. It is not a fixed public price list and does not create a binding sales contract by itself.

2. Manual quotation confirmation

Final price, payment terms, production schedule, stock status, packing method, loading details and delivery arrangement require manual review by our staff. Buyers should send material grade, wire diameter or bearing bar, opening or spacing, panel size, quantity, drawing, application and destination before quotation.

3. Specifications and drawings

Product specifications must be confirmed in writing before production. For steel grating, load requirement, span direction, bearing bar size and installation condition should be reviewed carefully. For temporary fence, local site rules, wind condition, base and clamp requirement should be confirmed by the buyer.

4. Order confirmation

An order becomes effective only after both sides confirm the quotation, proforma invoice, payment arrangement and production details. Any contract, invoice or payment term must be manually confirmed.

5. Custom products

Many wire mesh and metal products are made or cut according to buyer specifications. Customized products are reviewed according to the confirmed specification, drawing, sample or written agreement.
